Up to a couple of months ago, we had a banned user list here:

You must be registered to see attachments

For some reason it was removed.

That is fixed but Bear isn't listed

Lesson learned today is no more links in DM's anymore and Admins need sleep.

So everything is fine now and thanks for bringing that list back.

Interesting when I read all those reasons. Lots of people seem to have multiple accounts. For what? For upvoting their own comments?

I mean You need 250 activity coins to get members+, just imagine you have multiple accounts. Damn you need to spam a lot of forums to get your points....
