[MattShizzle]

Modern setting with no fantasy, SF, powers or anything like that. Basic 100% realistic except how horny the female NPCs are for MC (or how slutty the female MC is.) Nothing weird and NOT cartoonish. As realistic looking as possible. Uncanny valley isn't a thing for me.

[RedOwl]

Harem
Lesbian
Still haven't found a good combination of the two. Some decent attempts.

School setting never gets old.

[mchlladams638]

incest & lesbian are my main two

[Bollagus]

Incest, harem and some futa.

[XCIX99]

Games without the "completed" tag. Making me wait 4 years until it is finished.

[Skarin070]

Incest, Impregnation, Loli

[Spangles]

Harem

[arcanlol]

There are very few of them, bimbofication of an already female character (ideally the MC), and slow corruption (sadly it takes a long time for those games to get developed to the good stuff).

[shauna]

incest, lesbian, pregnant and loli of course.
But especially when we have the complete tag

Netori.

I don't take XXX games seriously. The vast majority of developers do not have a noticeable literary talent to create an interesting story, the same occasional cases when you get something relatively interesting, is good only for stress relief after work. Not a single completed game I've never gone through a second time..... I guess I'm too old for all that.

[capicoli]

NTR, it's the one I'm willing to take a quality hit on

[red.ruby]

Incest, loli and Harem like everybody
But Sharing an a little bit of NTR

[Halcyel]

Impregnation with obvios preg Nancy content and harem

Am I alone in liking some of these games for the mechanics? Usually enjoy the management games. When I can find an adult arpg I think it'll be over for me

Lol if there ever came an adult arpg I would be right there with you. Either that or a large scale sci-fi/action-adventure game similar to Mass Effect or The Last of Us, I would be all over that but can't really see it happening since it takes so long and could become so expensive to make.

Impregnation, Pregnancy Blackmailing

[stangnomez]

Corruption. Produces some uncomfortable cognitive dissonance.
