Bright Past and Straitened Times. These are moderately grindy sandboxes, each of which took me dozens of hours to play.
And to cut off possible questions right away - yes, I love sandboxes and, oddly enough, grind. It helps me to relieve psychological tension after a working day.

Lisland. Even though there is no endgame, nor any particular reason to make numbers go up it is still cathartic to run around an island collecting sticks to keep the fires going so I can keep cooking for my island lolis and farming crops in my little grow beds. I also like feeding the pigs and chickens.
