In porn the lore of the characters is usually thrown at u in 2 minutes like we're siblings no we cant, no im your mother, or techer, or doctor idk
In porn game (good porn game) you can see the little things, communications and how those relationships are built before you can try to fuck someone there

this. the build up you get from games simply cant be replicated in normal length videos
