We're excited to announce that our redesigned LewdCorner theme is now available for everyone to try!
The new theme is officially entering PUBLIC BETA!
Over the past several months, we've been working on modernizing LewdCorner's appearance and improving the overall browsing experience. Our goal has been to create something cleaner, more polished, and easier to navigate without losing the familiar identity that makes LC what it is.
Now we're opening it up to the community so everyone can experience the changes and help shape the final release.
How to Enable the New Theme
Getting started is simple!
- Scroll to the bottom of any LewdCorner page.
- Click the current style/theme name to open the style selector.
- Select LewdCorner UI.X - Preview.
- That's it! You're now browsing with our redesigned theme.
Prefer the old layout? No problem! The new theme is completely optional, and you can switch back to your previous theme at any time using the same menu.
What's New and Improved?
This isn't just a simple color change. We've been working on refreshing several major areas of the website.
- Modernized Forum Layout
A cleaner, more organized design featuring LewdCorner's signature purple styling and updated visual elements. - Improved Navigation
Refreshed menus, navigation elements, and account controls designed to make browsing the site more comfortable. - Updated Thread Pages
Refinements to thread layouts, posts, and other discussion elements to improve readability and consistency. - Refreshed Member Profiles
Updated profile pages and member-related interfaces with a more cohesive appearance. - Redesigned Latest Updates
A refreshed Latest Updates experience featuring improved content cards, filters, image previews, and presentation. - More Consistent Site Styling
A unified visual direction across different areas of LewdCorner, with continued improvements to add-on compatibility and custom pages. - Desktop and Mobile Improvements
Ongoing adjustments to make the new interface look and function better across different devices and screen sizes.
And this is only the beginning. We have additional refinements and improvements planned as development continues.
Important: This Is Still a Public Beta
Although the theme is ready for community testing, it is not considered a finished release.
You may encounter occasional visual bugs, inconsistent styling, or features that still need some additional attention.
Some examples include:
- Elements that aren't properly aligned or spaced.
- Missing or incorrectly displayed icons.
- Text that's difficult to read against certain backgrounds.
- Buttons, dropdowns, or menus that behave unexpectedly.
- Pages or add-ons that haven't been fully adapted to the new design.
- Layout issues on mobile devices or particular screen resolutions.
These issues are expected during beta testing. We'll continue addressing them as we refine the theme.
The current theme will remain available, so nobody is required to switch before they're comfortable doing so.
Found a Bug? Let Us Know!
Community feedback will play an important role in getting this theme ready for its final release.
If you notice something broken, missing, or simply out of place, please reply directly to this thread with as much information as possible.
Ideally, include:
- Description: What went wrong, and what should have happened?
- Page URL: A link to the page where the issue occurred.
- Device and Browser: For example, Windows/Chrome, iPhone/Safari, or Android/Firefox.
- Screenshot: A screenshot showing the problem, if applicable.
- Steps to Reproduce: How we can recreate the issue.
Please make sure screenshots don't contain private messages, personal details, or other sensitive information.
Your Feedback Matters
You don't have to discover a bug to participate.
We'd also love to hear your general impressions of the new design.
Is the navigation easier to use? Are the colors and text comfortable to read? Are there elements you prefer from the old theme? Is something missing that you'd like to see improved?
Constructive criticism is welcome. We're not expecting everyone to love every change, and we'd rather hear what needs improving than leave frustrating design decisions unaddressed.
The goal is to make LewdCorner better for the people who actually use it every day.
What's Next?
We'll be reviewing feedback, fixing reported problems, and making additional adjustments throughout the public beta.
Once we're satisfied with the theme's stability, compatibility, and overall user experience, we'll move toward an official stable release.
There isn't a fixed release date at this time. We'd rather take the time to get things right than rush an unfinished experience.
