Inseki, relative by marriage in japanese, is a tag some hentai sites have to indicate step family or otherwise non-blood related incest. It's very useful for people who prefer step, people who tolerate step but not incest, and incest purists. The tag could be inseki, step, non blood related incest, or whatever.

While Inseki is well established in that part of the porn community, the term is just too unknown for most users here. People already have problems with other japanese terms so this would only add to the pool.
So I'd suggest [Step-cest]. While it's obviously about step family, people do already use this term for typical Inseki situations
The Description could be: Sex involving in-laws, step-, or adopted family relatives, so basically non-blood-related incest-like romance in family situations.
I also have to add that this tag would need run together with the [Incest] tag, like every hentai site does.
So people who only want real incest can filter out [Step-cest].

I don't think it would be more confusing than the current system. Sites that have an inseki tag use it as an additional tag on top of the incest tag. If you see the inseki tag, you can still click on the game and check if there's a patch. That's easier than seeing the incest tag, not being sure from the game's description what that means and searching the forum for someone to clarify. Of course, having an Incest(modded) tag would make things even clearer. Incest, Incest(modded), and Step-cest tags would provide so much more clarity than we have now.

We need more games over tags in my humble opinion, no point adding a new tag just to sort one or two thread. But a tag +/- voting system would be cool if it's not performance heavy.

For my two cents - Better Dom/Sub tags. I'd really like a ProtagDom/ProtagSub tag, and for the existing tags to be cleaned up a little. A game where you play a dominant female protaganist dominating females, and a game with a submissive female protaganist being dominated by females, would have the same FemDom tag currently, but would be entirely different experiences. If there was a Protaganist specific tag, then you could clearly distinguish the two. (and, maybe a -switch tag for games with heavy BDSM elements, but where characters can be both dominant or submissive, depending on the scenario)
There's also various tags that probably need to be cleaned up - Submission's probably the ProtagSub equivalent, but there's no Dominant tag paired with it (and it's largely unused). Then there's Female-Dominant, Femdom, and thier male equivalents. They appear to have the same meaning, but there doesn't appear to be much overlap between the two tags, and they should probably either be rewritten to make the distinction clear, or combined if there is no meaningful distinction.
