US states? You're referring to the legal definitions of incest and they don't even support you. Incest laws may come into play without blood relation, but usually only in the cases when a parental feature (legal guardian or step-parent) has a relation to a child under the age of 18. If you're 18 in america, you can bang your stepmom or step-sister, but not your actual mom or sister. The two are not the same, even legally speaking. Why do you think there's so much stepcest porn out there on more conventional porn sites? If you're below 18 (but otherwise above the sexual majority in your state) you can bang your step-sibling, not your blood-related sibling and neither blood- nor legally related parent. Another legal distinction. This game features two step-sibling minors above the legal age of sexual majority. It's not incest, even as defined by US state law.

Anyways, we're on a porn site where tags have the purpose of helping people find the content they need and, in this context, people make a distinction between incest and stepcest and it's tied to blood relation rather than legal relation. At least, several other sites do. Legal definitions are irrelevant, especially when they vary so much geographically. Instead, you can make the argument that it's practical just to merge two categories that people either collectively enjoy or collectively avoid (rimming should probably be separated from oral, but should it be separated from anal, for example?), but then you have to show me that that is indeed the case. Otherwise you're left with no argument. Also, even this argument of "stepcest and incest porn targets and repels the same demographics so they get the same category to not cloud the site with redundant tags" is different from the argument of "stepcest and incest is the same thing period."

You can continue to stubbornly say "my decision stays", but at least admit you have no argument to back up your decision.

This site's incest tag definition mentions that blood relations are typical, but that implies that they are not a requirement for the tag. Tag stays. If you think there should be a stricter definition of the incest tag, that's something to take up with the site's admins/mods in a thread in offtopic, not in an individual game's thread.

Also, your claim that "several" other sites do would need support. The other major site like this one, F95, also does not separate incest and stepcest/adoptedcest, and even more explicitly includes those as part of the incest tag:

It's fine if you disagree with the assessment that the incest tag should include stepcest and adoptedcest. I even agree with you that they should be separated. But until they are, there's no use getting into arguments with other users, mods, or uploaders about it in individual game threads.

Short, to the point, very simple. I have it - I revisit it occasionally - but it's essentially a one-off scene rather than a story so wouldn't quite characterize it as an AVN.
