It's not really too hard you just have to fill the top bar before she'll start doing anything with the worm.

I basically just picked stuff that increased her top and 2nd bar. Top bar is necessary as that's the love bar. So the first day or so I picked something like comedy or love movie estrus - comedy or love movie estrus. Once the love line is full then you no longer have to do anything that adds love as the line will now be at max and it never falls so now you just have to work on keeping the lust line full and doing things like watching porn or running into her while she's walking around will cause a h scene to start and at night there should be a h scene. Scenes like her eating will now include the worm. Just make sure to watch the worms skull line don't let it get full or he'll go wild and you'll get the bad end.

First time I played it I got the bad end and the 2nd time I played it I got the pregnant end.
