Overview:
Your leisurely, surprisingly relaxing post-apocalyptic life begins!
There are no game-overs! Even after the ending, you can keep playing!
Your zombie girl starts out pretty dim, but train her well and she'll brighten up!
Eventually, you'll be able to chat and even watch movies together!
But the sex, well, that's available from the start...

Keep your pregnant zombies with your fast zombies, in the universe of fantasy and fiction. I'll stick with my slow zombies in the realm of men and might still happen, hopefully... (Seriously though maybe in part 2)

I liked the art it was pretty hot, but the gameplay felt a bit too repetitive and took a while to unlock new scenes.

I agree, but would it be her just pregnant, or would they add a giving birth scene, and could she only get pregnant when she is cured, or can she get pregnant when she's still a zombie?

So technically despite she turns zombie, her body is not fully decomposed yet. Not only that her pussy can still get wet, she might as well can conceive, but probably not successfully unless there's a way to revert her brain stimulus to be able to nurture the baby.

Just curious, is there an ending to this game? It is a bit grindy after you do the first stage (so from 4-3 by technicality), and I don't feel like testing another 20 days or something to see if anything triggers. Is it just endless once you hit stage 1, and you can revert as you wish to just explore the sex scene and dialogue a bit more? Or does something happen if you get affection and lust high enough?

I thought the same as well. Clearing the hospital seems to be the full endgame and then unlocks freedom to change her mentality state even lower. The game doesn't allow fully reviving her back to human at Stage 1 either.

I haven't got the patience to go beyond Affection 600 so I can't even tell, but if reaching 1000 does nothing, then there's that it's now an endless mode. Searching for guides also says nothing about "unlocking a gallery" or anything that signals the post-endgame.

Yeah, I just did the sequel and if it is similar it might have something at 1000 affection but that is a pain. I might try to do it later this week if I have time and I'll report back if something happens. Also, in the sequel it implies that there are alternate paths to the story if you hit the requirement in lust instead of affection (there is a fortune teller lady who for the next stage including the 1000 affection ending tells you to increase either stat to that value stating the lust one as another way to do it, don't know if it actually affects much other than a one off cutscene probably though). Still, it is hard enough getting affection up just spamming the chat options and skipping through, actually getting lust that high without cheats seems like such a pain... They also had some good quality of life items to increase unique encounters in each location and told you when you finished up all in that area. I haven't seen it say so in this one though.
