Overview:
In the haze of corporate skylines and fractured facades, you’re the one who smooths the cracks that everyone else pretends not to see. CEOs and street gangs alike know your work—swift, discreet, uncompromising. Yet with every favor you grant, you risk upsetting the delicate scales that keep the city from collapsing in on itself.

I don't quite understand what Overview is saying. We're somebody and we're doing something. That's all I understand. Are we doing evil? Is the city corrupt and we control it? There are corporations and we own one? I'm having a hard time fully understanding.
