As mentioned proportional is preferred even if largish. Obscenely large tends to just look ridiculous as either male or female. Given how much art is around it though I figure a lot of people enjoy it :O

I agree with most comments here. Proportion is key. With the right body structure some women can have large breast and a nice thic ass and look real good. When every girl in the game has double d breast size and two watermelons as an ass, I'm out. Some games have this however and are successful, so that leads me to believe there is an audience for this. I've seen some preview images of Ketzal's new game (demo out soonish), the MC looks like he has a 12 inch cock when he isn't even hard. I think the majority of people dislikes the extreme body proportions... However - from what i've been told - the main reason is most likely simply this: It is much easier for the developer to work with models with larger tools.. (specifically the dick) - it makes certain positions much easier to make, more freedom with camera angles, etc..

Micro-penis, not really a fan, depending on the style I do like a little penetration bulge. I think when we get beyond 12 inches it starts to be ridiculous, even more so if they're a smaller person... Monster's are one thing, but for humans, closer to realism is better, but prefer 6+ inches. As far a female side, honestly I can tolerate proportions that make sense, but once we get beyond C cup sizes it starts to take away from the rest of the character and detract from other potential attractive aspects, I also prefer more petite sized characters(not skin and bone, just slim or fit and toned), but I'm not super picky if it makes sense on their body.
