discussion Credit System for purchasing Members+

[Radagastt1]

The owner wrote that the 750 price will be the final one. But with one of the weekly discounts it will be down to 525-560 LCC for a day and depending on the % of the discount.

Do we have any idea when that discount period will start ?

No it's random, propably so that people not only show up on discount days. But it lasts a whole day, so a quick glimpse once a day will tell you if it's on.

[Radagastt1]

But isn't it easy for the trollers as well by just commenting on different game sections and get the required LC coins ?

That's a point often made, but the member+ isn't to stop them, that would be impossible, just to make it a bit harder for them to reach it.
Besides that, you don't have to comment in the game sections, here in general discussions is fine as well.

[Radagastt1]

Well that is a kind of a loose end which needs to be identified but I think that will not be possible.

[Radagastt1]

@Guz89 I can see you are sitting on quite a large no. of coins.
Can u spare some fro me

Nobody likes people who ask for coins or likes, even as a joke.
Besides that, Guz89 is a Trial Mod, you are basically asking a bouncer if he can give you a club card for the club he protects.

[Radagastt1]

I was just joking...I am pretty sure I can earn those with my contribution to the community

[sneakylurker]

how am i supposed to honor my name if i have to post to earn coins?

Interpret the sneaky as if you are just a faux lurker.

Thank you for this faq thread. Otherwise some of the stuff were confusing me specially the specific actions which can give you coins. Also please keep the cost of Member+ as 750 (or less) and don't increase it anymore.

The 750 are suppost to be the final number, the owner said so.

Hopefully so! Hope the owner doesn't change his mind

[LewsMadMan]

We'll see if 750 LC will be the final step. I highly doubt that....

[Ernest]

I'm banking.

I think it would be fair if the old posts we wrote before those "coin" invention gave us the credits, it would be a nice thing to recognise the contribution of old posts.

That's true, but there are some technical issues that make it difficult or even impossible. It was written somewhere but I don't remember where.

@ErzuzB
Thank you for this post. It's more understandable to me.
However, to obtain 750 LC Coin, you must post 150 messages. For someone who is not fluent in English or who doesn't like to express themselves a lot, this is huge. On the various forums that I have frequented for...20 years, this is perhaps the total number of messages that I have published.
And I don't want to pollute the forum with useless comments, just to get a few points. The type of rewards should be increased or diversified more.
My 2 cents

That's total understandeble.
Not everbody can or dares to post and quite frankly I'd reather have someone who thinks twice before posting anything, than someone who shots out meaningless post after pointless post.
But maybe you'll find to one or another thread you can post in, there are enough question or poll posts, to get at least the bank runing for a bit passive income.
If it's about english, as I've written in the FAQ, it's not as bad as one thinks to write imperfect english, yes I know, that's also a hurdle many have to overcome first.

Obviously, the threads that I would like to comment on are in the Game+ area. Bad luck.
Maybe I'll go through with the donation. Another way to contribute to the forum. I will think about it...
