Once upon a time I would have said Taffy Tales was up there. Still a great game, but they have taking to combining hand-drawn with AI. Not against it, just not purely hand-drawn any more.
I would say Akabur still takes the cake on hand-drawn for me. The next few months should hopefully see the release of Queen Trainer, and I think that will be lovely.

Insexual awakening, while maybe not the most sexy style I consider it really good, and yes, another chance has a very good artstyle.

Innocent Witches has an incredible art style, too bad the game never going to be finished.

The ones I've played are Breeding Family, Milf's Plaza and A Town Uncovered and they're pretty good. I'm going to try Zombie's Retreat next, folks here say it's a pretty good game.

Insexual Awakening was one of the first adult games I played, so it has a special place in my heart.

I've been playing Another Chance but the teacher got bugged and that kinda put me off from the game.

I liked Insexual awakening's art, to bad they decided not to use it on the second one.

Milky Touch
The Night Driver
and, despite the very stylized art approach, I'd mention A Very Full House
