You can run exe files with Joiplay. First go to

and download the program to your android device. Then download JoiPlay RenPy Plugin and install it again. Extract the game with the exe file you downloaded. Keep it as a file. You need to know where it is on the device. Then log in to the first JoiPlay you downloaded and add a game from the top. Open the file location where your downloaded game with exe file is located. Add the exe file of the game from there. Then you can open the game and play.
