First of all, thank you.
Over the past days, I've taken the time to read your comments, messages, and poll responses.
The result has honestly been encouraging.
Some of you expressed disappointment that the current game cannot continue, and I completely understand that. After spending so many years on this project, I feel that disappointment myself.
At the same time, an overwhelming number of you also made it clear that you'd rather see me continue creating games than to see me leave game development behind altogether.
That means a lot to me.

Why The New Game Will Be Different
One question I've seen several times is whether the next game will simply be another version of the current one.
The answer is no.
Over the past seven years, this project taught me an incredible amount about storytelling, game design, rendering, animation, and visual novel development as a whole.
But it also taught me something equally important.
A project has to be creatively fulfilling *
and* sustainable.
As much as I enjoyed creating this game, the reality is that it never reached a point where it could reliably support its own development.
In many ways, it was a niche within a niche.
That isn't anyone's fault. It's simply the reality of the audience it was designed for.
If I repeated the same formula again, I would likely end up in the exact same situation a few years from now.
I don't want to repeat that cycle.
Instead, I want to take everything I've learned and build something designed from the ground up to reach a much broader audience while staying true to the level of quality, immersion, and character-driven storytelling that has always mattered most to me.
That also means leaving behind many of the limitations and design decisions that held the previous project back.
The goal isn't simply to make another game.
The goal is to create the best game I've ever made.

A Fresh Start
One thing became very clear to me while reading your responses.
Many developers eventually reach a point where they quietly disappear. Their communities never get an explanation, never get the opportunity to respond, and never get the chance to influence what comes next.
I didn't want that to happen here.
That's why I chose to be completely honest about my situation, even though it wasn't an easy announcement to make.
From my side, this is my opportunity to prove that I can create a game worthy of your time and your support.
From your side, it's the opportunity to show whether my work is something you truly value and want to support going forward.
A sustainable project isn't created by a developer alone, and it isn't created by a community alone.
It exists when both sides believe it's worth building.
That's the chance we still have.
I'm going to give it everything I've got.
